Refund Policy

SHOPPING PRE-LOVED. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY OF THE BRANDS WE SELL. ALL ITEMS ARE PRE LOVED.

Pre-loved items may contain minor flaws or show signs of wear. Any flaws not evident from the photos online will be highlighted in the description. Please ensure you have read the description before committing to purchase. We are always happy to provide more detailed photos, measurements or information if requested. If your purchased item isn’t right for you in size or style, we are happy to offer a refund of the cost of the item(s) minus a transaction fee of 1.4%. Please contact us within 48 hours on receipt of your item and return within 7 days for UK and 14 days for International from date of receipt. For ‘Collection’ orders, the 7 days returns policy starts from day of purchase.

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely. We will then refund the cost of the item(s) - RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT (14 days for International deliveries). Please note, jewellery and bags are sold as seen and cannot be returned.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Jewellery and bags are sold as seen and cannot be returned. Please refer to dimensions provided with the product description.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Authentication

We check the authenticity of our pre-loved products with our clients by requesting visibility of proof of purchase or authenticity documents. If these are not available, we verify the items for authentic markers per brand, or will use a third party verification service. If authenticity is in question we will return the item to our client. You can also utilise our refund policy if in doubt of your purchase on receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
